The first Hyde Hotels, Resorts and Residences property outside of the US will open in Dubai by the end of the year. The brand is popular in America, with properties in Miami and Florida providing “the fantasy of nightlife and the adventure of connection.”
Dubai’s Hyde Hotel will be in Business Bay. The five-star hotel will have 276 rooms with balconies. There will also be five meeting rooms, a function hall, a spa, a gym and pool and space for shops.
The Hyde Hotel Dubai Business Bay will also have four dining outlets, including Mediterranean venue Cleo, Japanese restaurant Katsuya, gastropub Hudson Tavern and café The Perq.
Ciarmoli Queda Studio designed the hotel’s public areas and rooms, while Tristan Plessis Studio designed Katsuya, Hudson Tavern and Hyde pool and lounge.
Hyde Hotels falls under sbe, a lifestyle-driven brand that also includes SLS and Mondrian. With sbe part of Accor, the French group is expanding its lifestyle footprint further.
